Business Development Manager (Transport & Courier) Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the transport and courier sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and logistics partners.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Age below 45
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in transport, courier, or logistics services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving business growth and building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business results.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
