Call Center Assistant (English/Sinhala/Tamil) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, handling questions and concerns effectively.
  • Document client interactions accurately in our database for future reference and follow-up.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating client communications as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for handling calls and client requests.
  • Monitor and manage call queues to ensure optimal response times and service levels are maintained.
  • Report on common issues and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age below 30
  • A/L passed 
  • Previous 1 year experience in a customer support role
  • Fulent in Tamil/ Sinhala and English
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
