Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Oversee all interaction with clients to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise, making note of instances that may need improvement.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Analyze sales reports and client account information to gain insight into the best way to provide service for specific clients, then explain this information to sales associates.
