Call Center Executive (Banking & Finance – Trilingual) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with banking and financial inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and account-related queries.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls for promotions, surveys, and customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies, banking regulations, and confidentiality standards.


Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 35
  • GCE A/L or a Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a call center, banking, or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English (Speaking, Reading & Writing) is mandatory.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends if required
