Job Duties 

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive business growth in Sri Lanka.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and market leadership.
• Develop and implement long-term corporate strategies and business plans.
• Strengthen brand presence and lead market expansion initiatives locally and internationally.
• Manage relationships with investors, customers, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate governance, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing executive management team.
• Monitor industry trends, FMCG market dynamics, and competitive landscape to maintain growth.

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 45
• 6+ years of experience in FMCG brand management or brand Proven experience in a Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, or senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry in Sri Lanka is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer markets, supply chain management, and business operations.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and business development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s qualification will be a strong advantage.
