Job Duties  

• Drive the Company’s financial planning while assuring adequacy of funds at all times.
• Provide commercial insight and strategic recommendations with a view to meet and exceed commercial and other targets. 
• Managing the processes of financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, and risk & control.
• Well versed in Corporate Finance, Taxation, Compliance & Governance 
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the Finance teams. 

Requirements 

• Qualified Chartered Accountant 
• MBA preferred
• 8-15 years of work experience in a large conglomerate 
  
• Work experience in a “Big 4” 
• Excellent knowledge in SLAS and Audit Standards 
• Hands-on experience in monitoring ERP systems. 
• Previous exposure in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding/ NVOCC and working with foreign Principals will be advantageous.
