Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale business operations, working with complex issues related to manufacturing, operation, supply chain, and finance as well implementing process improvements, planning and achieving operational efficiency.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Exceptional leadership skills, adept at inspiring teams, fostering innovation, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent Masters qualification in a related field.
