Job Duties

• Lead and oversee all aspects of general administration, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and f order to achieve operational efficiency.
• Have the ability to build an incredible team that can grow exponentially with the company 
• Develop and execute strategic & operating plans aligned with company objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the tire industry.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes, innovate new products, and optimize resource utilization. 
• Ensure sound financial management, including budgeting, financially planning, and monitoring of key financial metrics to optimize performance and profitability. 
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation, nurturing talent and promoting professional development among employees. 
• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to drive business development strategies and enhance market positioning. 
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company's operation, financial health or reputation. 

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 45
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale business operations, working with complex issues related to manufacturing, operation, supply chain, and finance as well implementing process improvements, planning and achieving operational efficiency.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion. 
• Exceptional leadership skills, adept at inspiring teams, fostering innovation, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent Masters qualification in a related field.
