Job Duties

• Assist with the daily care and supervision of children.
• Ensure children are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
• Support children with meals, hygiene, rest, and daily routines.
• Assist with educational, recreational, and creative activities.
• Monitor children's behaviour and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment.
• Assist teachers or senior child care staff with daily activities.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members when required.
• Follow all child safety, health, and workplace procedures.

Requirements

• Female
• Age below 35 years
• Previous experience in child care, preschool, daycare, nursery, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Care will have an added advantage.
• Freshers with a genuine interest in working with children are encouraged to apply.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Candidates living in or around Colombo 06, Wellawatte, Bambalapitiya, Dehiwala, or nearby areas will be an advantage.
