Assisting in the timely completion of legal documentation such as drafting, obtaining signatures, preparing deeds for registration etc.
Filing, organizing and maintaining legal files/documents and correspondence relating to group companies.
Dealing with clients and various institutions in person, via email, or by telephone and managing correspondence and responding to inquiries.
Assisting in Company Secretarial related work of the Group as and when assigned.
Liaising with Land Registry, Registrar General’s Department, Condominium Management Authority, CSE, SEC, BOI, ROC, FIU, IPO etc.
Performing general administrative work such as handling confidential information, record keeping, preparing documents for circulation such as memos, letters, briefs etc. and ensuring timely handling, posting and/or delivery, arranging/scheduling transportation for staff
Scheduling, coordinating and arranging appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
G.C.E (A/L) qualification
Age below 35 years
Minimum of 2 years post experience in Secretarial work, preferably in a legal department
Excellent communication skills in English and computer skills, particularly MS Word/Excel
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
