Job Duties

• Collecting customers solar inquiries, receiving from showroom and sales team. And help with solar operations
• opening solar enquiry- Need to clearly understand customer's concerns regarding his requirement.
• The quotations should be delivered to the customer or salesperson, related channel.
• Applying CEB clearance and approval process.
• Existing site monitoring and maintaining solar site failures
• Allocating technical team for free and paid services.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 30
• Shou Id Pass GCE 0/L with Credits in English and Mathematics
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
• Computer knowledge would be added an advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience in Similar Field
