Job Duties

• Ability to manage business mergers, acquisitions, and divestments and have prior experience in running a process
• Manage the entire value of chain of the M&A process from deal sourcing to execution
• Have strong contacts locally and internationally to source acquisition and investment opportunities
• Can do financial modelling on company valuations and investment appraisals
• Experience in Debt management and management of interest costs
• Experience in forecasting exchange rates and forex rates.
• Ability to do comprehensive balance sheet restructuring
• Carry out feasibility studies for capacity expansion projects, provide recommendations etc
• Follow global and local economic indicators and devise risk management plans and profit generation opportunities
• Strong analytical ability

Requirements 

• Must be a CFA member.
• Fully qualified in CA (SL)/CIMA [UK) or ACCA (UK) and holding a relevant degree will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in in a corporate finance role
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Must have energy and enthusiasm to get things done
