Job Duties

• Develop, manage, and track budgets for all key departments, or the organization.
• Forecast expenses and prepare variance analyses to anticipate and manage deviations from the budget.
• Work with department heads to set up cost plans and forecasts.
• Monitor daily expenditures and identify cost drivers across all operations.
• Ensure that costs are tracked accurately and consistently across different departments.
• Implement financial controls to ensure that expenses are within budget.
• Analyze cost trends, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
• Generate monthly and quarterly cost reports, highlighting any budgetary risks or savings.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports to assist management in decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency within the organization.
• Recommend process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Regularly review contracts, suppliers, and resources for cost optimization.
• Lead all cost saving projects across the organization
• Identify cost-related risks and work to mitigate them in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Monitor currency fluctuations, market trends, and other external factors affecting costs.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and financial stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cost control
• Work closely with finance, procurement, project management, and other departments to align financial   objectives and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Male 
• Age below 60
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or project accounting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to think critically, identify issues, and propose cost-effective solutions
