Job Duties:

• Develop inhouse creative assets for internal communication & branch level marketing while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor & respond to social media inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• Collect branch marketing requests, track branding materials & coordinate timely distribution.
• Assist in scheduling and executing SMS and digital marketing campaigns.
• Process supplier payments, maintain marketing documentation & assist with event logistics.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, photoshop illustrator), social media management and basic marketing knowledge.
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design 
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in marketing or design roles
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google suite & Meta Business suite
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player with strong communication skills
