Job Duties

• Develop and articulate a compelling brand story, ensuring consistency across global marketing campaigns.
• Lead the creation and execution of innovative global marketing campaigns aligned with brand elements.
• Oversee the relaunch of the brand under guidance from senior management, similar to a brand manager.
• Collaborate with the sustainability manager to integrate sustainability initiatives into marketing strategies as sustainability
• is a key pillar of our brand.
• Work closely with the factory team on innovation marketing, including new product ideas and market trend research to
• ensure our products stay more advanced and innovative than the competition.
• Manage product marketing aspects, such as sidewall design, product design, and new product development [NPDJ ideas.
• Enhance employee branding by implementing initiatives that align with the overall brand image.
• Drive collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a creative role, showcasing a strong portfo lio of successful projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts clearly.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight
• deadlines.
