Job Duties 

• Ensure efficiency of crewing functions such as timely crew changes, crew sourcing, recruitment and retention
• Ensure the crewing functions are executed in compliance with the company SMS, systems, policies and procedure
• Ensure crewing operations are in full compliance with the laws and regulations within the countries that we operate as well as the requirements of the charters
• Ensure joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements
• Monitor the SSSE Program and ensure that all SSSEs undergo on the job training by appointed shipboard supervisor
• Ensure that crew shall be put through stringent appraisal process by respective vessel masters and/or appointed shore based superintendent
• Conduct vessel visits to ensure shipboard operations and crew living conditions are in full compliance with Maritime Labor Convention and address any concerns of crew
• Assists in the build-up local isation ration for the SVS fleet
• Verify crewing expenses and punctual submission of weekly crewing reports
• Ensure timely update and completeness of crew data in Poseidon
• Administer statutory requirement such as tax/provident fund, social security, etc.

Requirements 

• Male / Female 
• 1 - 2 year experience 
• Professional Qualification (PQHRM / HR Qualification) 
• Age below 30
• Good in English 
• Good Computer Literacy
