Customer Care Assistant

Job Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Provide timely and accurate responses to clients via various communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement.
Assist with the preparation of customer care reports and data analysis to track performance metrics.

G C E A/L
Age below 35
Excellent Communication Skills ( Candidate who can speak English, Sinhala and Tamil)
Good Computer Literacy
