Customer Care Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients via various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement.
  • Assist with the preparation of customer care reports and data analysis to track performance metrics.

  • Male/Female
  • G C E A/L
  • Age below 35
  • Excellent Communication Skills ( Candidate who can speak English, Sinhala and Tamil)
  • Good Computer Literacy
