Job Duties 

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems and ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
• Support the management of e-commerce platforms, including handling online orders, returns, and customer communication.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service activities, feedback, and performance.
• Assist in resolving product or service-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitor and follow up on customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and service delivery.
• Contribute to the improvement of customer care policies, procedures, and processes.
• Provide support for customer care campaigns, promotions, and after-sales service.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age Below 35
• GCE A/L with a Credit pass in Mathematics and English at GCE O/L.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or coordination role.
• Prior experience in hardware, manufacturing, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency will be an advantage).
• Strong IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizing, interpersonal, and PR skills.

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
