Responsibilities

  • Serving the customers by providing highest level of service
  • Building customer confidence and satisfaction by resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining records of customer requests and complaints 


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, commitment to work and self-learning skills
  • previous Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in English & IT Literacy
  • Should be a fast learner with a go-getter attitude 
  • Ability to work independently within a fast evolving technical environment
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply
