Customer Care Executive (English/Sinhala/Tamil) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services and offerings to clients.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience processes and offerings.
  • Support the implementation of customer satisfaction initiatives and surveys.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Male/Female
  • G C E A/L
  • Age below 35
  • Excellent Communication Skills ( Candidate who can speak English, Sinhala and Tamil)
  • Good Computer Literacy
