Customer Service Executive Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
  • Create reports for client satisfaction, making recommendations for areas that can be improved and presenting the information at a monthly meeting with the directors.
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Work with sales employees, answering their questions, providing instruction and guidelines and demonstrating the best service techniques for them.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Oversee all interaction with clients to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise, making note of instances that may need improvement.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. 
  • Analyze sales reports and client account information to gain insight into the best way to provide service for specific clients, then explain this information to sales associates.

  • 2 years of experience in similar role
  • External Communication Skills
  • Good Computer Literacy
