Customer Service Executive (Shipping & Logistics) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Involve managing Key Account customers
  • All documentation procedures to be followed up
  • Answering customers inquiries and queries
  • Liaising with all major. Shipping lines and Airlines for procuring the best rates for quoting the customers
  • You will be the first point of call for the customers and be liaising with them via telephone and email
  • Acknowledgment of deliveries
  • Tracing & Tracking Freight keeping customers updated at all times 

Requirements 

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 30
  • GCE, Advance Level qualification
  • Full or part qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) is desirable, but not essential
  • A qualification in Freight Forwarding/Logistics will be a distinct advantage
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
  • Be effective and results oriented
  • Have a very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
  • Sound understanding of Freight Forwarding business and process
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Excellent PR & negotiation skills
  • Should provide excellent customer service
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
  • Be of a pleasant disposition and a team player
