Customer Service Officer Full-Time

Job Role

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, facilities, and events 
  • Maintain a log of daily customer interactions and report recurring issues to the management.
  • Conduct daily checks of mall facilities to ensure readiness, including clean restrooms, functional elevators/escalators, and well-maintained common areas.
  • Maintain daily logs of customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, or events.
  • Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, facilities, and events 

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service within a mall, hospitality, or retail environment. 
  • A Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management is considered an added advantage.
  • Proficient in office software with a basic understanding of digital tools.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work on roster basis, including weekends and mercantile holidays.
  • Applicants within a 25km radius are preferred.
