Customer Service Technician Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Provide detailed instructions and information to customers to enhance their understanding of our services.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals, FAQ documents, and other customer support materials.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.


Requirements

  • Male
  • Age Below 25
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote desktop support tools.
