Customer Support Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties :

  • Answering the technical hotline
  • Assigning Technical Support jobs to customer support technicians
  • Coordinate with product principals for RMA and Warranty management
  • Follow up with customers for technical support
  • Update Technical Support Ticket System
  • Prepare weekly reports

Requirements

  • Passed G.C.E Ordinary Level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office package( MS word, excel, PowerPoint, MS outlook)
  • Certificate in ICT will be added advantage
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Previous experience in the similar capacity will be an added advantage
