Customer Support Executive - Thai Language (BPO) Full-Time
Job Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer support interactions in the Thai language via phone, email, and live chat.
Deliver professional, polite, and solution-oriented service as a Thai customer service personality, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Respond accurately to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests following BPO quality standards.
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Meet performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and compliance.
Work collaboratively with team leaders and internal support teams to resolve escalations.
Provide stable employment opportunities in Sri Lanka for Thai job seekers in Sri Lanka and jobs for Thailand people in Sri Lanka.
Suitable for candidates transitioning from Thai language teacher jobs in Sri Lanka, ESL teacher vacancies, or International School teacher jobs Sri Lanka into the BPO/customer service industry.
Support international clients while working onsite in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Requirements
Male/Female
Age below 45
Native or fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written).
Basic to good English communication skills.
Previous experience in Thai customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and professional attitude.
Open to Thai / Thailand nationals in Sri Lanka seeking Thai language vacancies in Sri Lanka.
Candidates must hold a valid Sri Lanka residence visa for work or be eligible under Sri Lanka residence visa for work requirements.
Willingness to work onsite and flexible shifts if required.
Preferred candidates residing within 25 km of Colombo, especially:Borella,Dematagoda
