Secretary/Receptionist

Department Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Coordinating all administrative and secretarial functions of the department.
  • Ensuring effective support and services are provided to the internal /external customers.
  • Preparing reports and system updates in a timely manner.
  • Arranging and coordinating Departmental Meetings and Trainings.

Requirements 

  • Female
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in secretarial or administrative role in similar capacity.
  • Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L and preferably followed a Diploma / Certificate
  • course in Secretarial studies or in Business Administration.
  • Good level of communication skills in written & verbal.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages, with typing speed not less than 35wpm.
  • Preferable, candidate resides in Colombo and its suburbs.
