Secretary/Receptionist

Department Coordinator & Personal Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Preparing memos, Board Papers and coordinate Board Meetings.
  • Internal and External communication and coordination.
  • Handling phone calls, schedules, calendar events, and appointments. Attending and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Timely follow up on meeting minutes with relevant parties of the organization. Preparing informative reports and presentations as and when required.

Requirements 

  • Female 
  • Age between 35 - 45 years
  • Recognized qualifications in Secretarial Practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Confidential Secretary or Personal Assistant. IT Literacy and data analysis skills are must.
  • Excel proficiency, along with expertise in MS Office.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent communication skills. (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Be a self-driven, target oriented person with sound PR and interpersonal skills. Be a good team player and fast learner.
