B.Sc. Eng. In the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
5 Years + preferred from same or similar heavy industry with hands on approach on energy optimizationMap the current usage on energy in the plants in Sri Lankan region and workout the energy balance.
Benchmark energy between the plants in the Sri Lankan region as well as the MIDAS group and understand the current situation
Do external benchmarking in similar industries to get in-depth idea about the current energy efficiency index
Establish yearly energy targets for the Sri Lankan region in line with cooperate sustainability targets.
Do proper and methodical energy audits based on data to identify potential projects and rank the projects based on investment and savings
Coordinate with all the stakeholders and carry out the identified projects with savings as agreed in the project proposal level.
