Job Duties

• Implement the preventive maintenance plan to achieve operational efficiencies/targets/objectives
• Ensure all spare part stocks are efficiently maintained within the budget 
• Ensure energy efficiency standards are maintained at all time
• Assure a safe working environment while maintaining required compliance standards.
• Provide necessary expertise to upgrade the machinery in order to improve the operational efficiency & introduce/implement new technology/automation
• Manage engineering projects throughout all project phases and achieve desired project outcomes within target time period
• Managing compressed air system, thermic oil distribution system, heater operations
• Responsible for preparing and presenting MIS reports to top management
• Evaluate, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve more.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 40
• A BSc degree in engineering from a recognized university
• Be multiskilled, with exposure to electrical/mechatronic, mechanical, civil and project management fields
• possessing at least 5 years experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing organization, exposure to rubber manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in thermic oil distribution systems, boilers will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in workshop practices, machine design and fabrication works are added advantage.
