Job Duties 

• Ensure proper steps of the methodology is followed
• On time completing and successfully achieving project results
• Will carry out Multiple projects in Multiple locations ( i.e. any BU ) at any given time
• Train and develop supporting team to ensure sustainability.

Requirements 

• Degree from a recognized University and/or a Recognized Professional Qualification
• Must Hold a Lean and /or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Thorough Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, TCT and 5S.
• Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Process Improvement
• Very good presentation Skills
• Ability to transfer Knowledge through trainings and Workshops
• Must be savvy with Minitab, excel and power point
• Ability to negotiate and convince and lead the project team.
