Job Duties

• Overseeing all activities of the planning function, making decisions, and providing guidance/ advice on order acceptance, coordinating with internal/ external teams/ sub-contractors etc. and ensuring that plant capacities are fully utilized at the agreed performance levels.
• Conducting planning meetings; discussing with the team; identifying/ analysing/ resolving all planning and loading related problems; communicating/ coordinating with relevant departments and applying the best solutions to devise the most precise and practical production plans.
• Overseeing the work of the team in areas such as Material planning/ capacity planning/ loading/ coordination of orders from receipt of order to dispatch, subcontracts (outsourcing), and budgeting for capacity.
• Identifying the loopholes and lacking in planning & production system & process also controlling & streamlining to achieving high standards.
• Managing orders & assisting production team in achieving weekly & monthly targets.
• Demonstrate a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical, and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Leading the shipment review & OPs Meetings and ensure to standardize & do them regularly/ 100% delivery on time.
• Effective communication with all buyers, vendors & other relevant Departments.
• Developing and implementing systems/standards/procedures to improve the effectiveness of planning/ loading processes.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40 years
• A bachelor’s degree / MBA and Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership/problem-solving /analytical skills / Negotiation skills
• Technical Information/knowledge, Data Management, Attention to detail, Data Analysis & reporting
• Possessing at least 5 years’ experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing organization,
• Be an excellent team player.
