Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Analyze existing processes and implement improvement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead process optimization projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, waste reduction, and output quality.
• Drive automation and technological upgrades to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and improvement project summaries.
• Train and guide production teams on best manufacturing practices and continuous improvement techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support management in developing long-term operational strategies and capacity planning.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 40
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a production/process improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
