Job Duties 

• Drive production management operations by ensuring product enhancement, standardized workflows, and achievement of factory production targets.
• Coordinate advanced manufacturing processes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), supporting high-performing industrial production environments.
• Reduce production rejections through strategic production planning, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Optimize manpower utilization to maximize output while maintaining cost efficiency in a manufacturing plant setting.
• Control material usage and minimize overhead costs to support profitable factory operations.
• Implement globally recognized best practices such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S to strengthen operational excellence.
• Develop workforce strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover, ensuring stable production team performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Male / Female 
• Age below 40
• BSc Degree or Higher Diploma in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Production Management, or a related field — ideal for candidates targeting production manager careers or manufacturing leadership roles.
• 2–4 years of experience in a medium to large-scale manufacturing, factory, or industrial production environment.
• Exposure to the glove manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, cost control, and factory workflow management.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills suited for assistant production manager roles.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
