Deputy Manager - Talent Management & Development Full-Time
Job Duties
Responsible on Executive above Objective Setting, Mid Year and Year-end review to be completed with 100% completion rate within agreed time lines.
Responsible for the successful execution of performance calibration sessions.
Drive HR Metrics to inculcate a culture of data driven decision making and practice evidence-based HR
Review and benchmark HR policies, create HR policy manual and incorporate good practices and communication on policy related changes.
Review and benchmark organizational structures and make recommendations for successful outcomes.
Manage employee training/development program and Identify training needs of Executive & above employees, arrange necessary trainings to improve their performance.
Act as single point of contact on HR related budgets including headcount and Training & Development for Executive above.
Timely Provide the accurate HR Analytics for company requirements.
Requirements
Male / Female
Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
Minimum 5 year experience
Effective communication skills
Resilience, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people.
Ability to operate within tight deadlines and manage a number of work activities at any given time.
