Job Duties

• Identify emerging digital marketing trends.
• Assist in measuring and reporting all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs.
• Developing and setting up digital marketing strategies.
• Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
• Handling and Coordinating Digital Sales & Marketing Operations
• Management of Online & Social Portals / Platforms (eg: YouTube, Facebook/Instagram etc.)
• Generation of Sales & Leads
• Implementation of new and Innovative Marketing Initiatives.
• Management of social media platforms for our brands
• Management of SEO/SEM/PPC and other digital Marketing spends
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications or equivalent field
• Excellent skills in Social Media Marketing & Digital  Marketing
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and best practices
• Experience in creating effective online marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills to engage with target audiences and stakeholders
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools
• Experience in the cosmetics or fashion industry is a  plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
