Job Duties

• Guide strategic decisions by monitoring and providing value- added analysis on key markets and sectors
• Participate, identify trends, competitors moves and  end users' preferences
• Generate data analysis to streamline business development efforts
• Develop plans to materialize the strategy and guarantee alignment between the top management and the executive team
• Assess the company's operational and strategic performance periodically
• Identify industry best practices and implement key initiatives to develop across the company
• Align processes, department goals and KPIs with the overall strategy
• Provide insights and tools to promote organizational learning and growth across the company and the adoption of best management practices
• Provide support and insight to the other teams to enhance the quality and level of their analyses
• Monitor Economic performance of Sri Lanka  and the key regions where we export our products
• Monitor Economic performance of the world
• Monitor currency fluctuations, commodity pricing and forecasting and price fluctuations of key raw materials
• Competitor analysis, Identification of the gaps and update management  for improvements
• Make presentation to the exco updating all market and competitor changes
• Develop business models that help with decision making
• Creating digital BI for better visibility in terms competitor bench marking
• Preparation of presentations - weekly exco, ect

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 35
• Minimum one year of experience in relevant area
• Full qualification in CIMA or ACCA
• Degree in finance will be an added advantage
• Proficient in spread sheet and MS office
• Proficiency in financial software application will be an added advantage
• Having sound communication and presentation skills is a must
