Job Duties:

• Hands-on experience in maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in multi-story buildings and other commercial/residential facilities.
• Responsible for attending to maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities as well as new MEP and solar installations, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
• Respond to and resolve tenant complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with occupational health and safety standards and company protocols.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and expertise on facility-related matters when requested by management or other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers as required for maintenance and system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 40
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, MEP systems, or facility management.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Working knowledge of health and safety practices, building codes, and standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies or breakdowns efficiently.
