Hands-on experience in maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in multi-story buildings and other commercial/residential facilities.
Responsible for attending to maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities as well as new MEP and solar installations, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
Respond to and resolve tenant complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with occupational health and safety standards and company protocols.
Provide technical support, guidance, and expertise on facility-related matters when requested by management or other departments.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers as required for maintenance and system upgrades.

Age below 40
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, MEP systems, or facility management.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Working knowledge of health and safety practices, building codes, and standards.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies or breakdowns efficiently.
