Job Duties

• Perform maintenance, repair, and testing of elevators.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Keep detailed records of activities.

Requirements

• Male
• Should be able to work towards the strict deadlines with minimum supervision. 
• Able to attend Elevator breakdowns and analyze the root cause of the failure. 
• Completing monthly Preventive Maintains and improves quality of the PM. 
• Troubleshooting, problem solving on respective route’s miner breakdown. 
• Attending major Repair
• Always ensuring on-site safety.
• Able to evaluate the part failure and prepare repair estimates.
• Should be able to understand electrical drawings and schematics. 
• Experience in MEP/Lifts & Escalators Category will be an added advantage
