Executive – Digital Support Specialist Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Provide L1 support for ERP/manufacturing systems and user training.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and install updates/patches.
  • Manage printer inventory and coordinate with service vendors.
  • Offer on-site/remote IT support during weekends to avoid disruptions.
  • Handle basic LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and escalate issues.
  • Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain IT asset records and user documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Male 
  • Age Below 35
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT.
  • 1+ year experience in IT support.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and hybrid domains.
  • Preferably AZ-900 & AZ-104 certified.
  • Fast learner, problem-solver, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
