Job Duties:

• Lead or actively engage in ERP system implementations, focusing primarily on configuring and enhancing report and dashboard functionalities to ensure the delivery of vital business insights
• Refine and manage ERP-related reports and dashboards to offer valuable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with business units to meet their reporting needs effectively.
• Maintain ERP system stability, performance, and security, especially for reports and dashboards, promptly resolving technical issues and ensuring data accuracy and availability.
• Plays a critical role in supplying senior management and executives with essential data for informed strategic decision-making, ultimately contributing to the organization's growth and profitability.
• Enforce quality assurance for accurate, reliable, and consistent reports. Conduct routine audits to preserve data integrity.
• Document and support ERP reports and dashboards for user proficiency ensuring the availability of user guides and training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions and enhance client engagements.

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred
• Hands on experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Strong data visualization skills to create insightful dashboards.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ability to provide end-users support for ERP reporting.
• Strong user support skills to assist with troubleshooting and user inquiries.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), especially in textile and process manufacturing, is an added advantage.
• Demonstratable experience in programming languages (e.g., Java) for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ability to configure and customize ERP ecosystem report and dashboard modules.
• At least 2 year or above experience required.
