Job Duties

• Identify and address inefficiencies in existing processes to improve their efficiency.
• Use methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to optimize workflow.
• Manage and oversee projects to ensure that they are completed on time and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Analyse cost structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall expenses

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
• Advance degrees or certification in Business Excellence, Six Sigma or Project Management are often preferred.
• Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, and cost reductio strategies
• Demonstrated success in implementing business excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and drive positive change.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
