Job Duties

• Manage resources in the Engineering function in the most cost-efficient manner while maximizing production time availability for the business   and delivering excellence in service (Yarn Dye section)
• Providing technical expertise form the project phases and essential maintenance activities of the plant and factory machinery/equipment
• Providing expert support of Maintenance such as providing technical assistance, analyzing equipment downtime and metrics
• Responsible for preparing or overseeing the preparation of budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them or recommend their adoption to executive management
• Promoting continuous improvement initiatives across projects and day-to-day maintenance tasks
• Delivery of project KPI’s and the continuous improvement of operations management
• Manage, including driving effective and efficient communication between project teams, contractors and suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
• Manage asset project handovers including operational and environmental compliance for the assets with all regulatory and best practice requirements
• Establish, monitor, and review project life cycles to ensure the delivery of project on time and budget
• Responsible for managing and overseeing environmental sustainability initiatives/projects and sustainability related audits

• Male/ Female
• Age below 45
• Degree or any equivalent professional qualification in Engineering
• Member as an AMIESL or equivalent would be an added advantage
• 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
• Preference would be given to an applicant with the exposure to Dyeing and Finishing
• Effective communication and presentation skills
