Assist in establishing and reviewing sound risk policies, guidelines and frameworks in compliance with CBSL.
Assist in in timely risk identification and assessment.
Timely preparation and submission of risk assessment reports.
Involve in development of Risk Control Self Assessments.
Ensuring the full compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal risk management policies.
Assist in secretarial work of BIRMC meetings.
Provide efficient administrative support to Chief Risk Officer, maintaining compliance records and coordinating meetings and internal / external risk related communications

Male / Female
Age below 40
A degree in Banking / Finance / Management
Full or part qualification in CIMA
Full qualification in AAT
Diploma in Risk Management from a recognized institute
Minimum 1 year experience in Bank / Finance service sectors (in Risk Management would be advantageous).
Excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills in English.
