Job Duties:

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and order book activities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer complaints and rejections.
• Prepare order-related reports, documents, and customer records.
• Maintain customer price lists and update brand portals/internal systems.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries and ensure timely customer communication.
• Support smooth day-to-day sales and order management activities.

Requirements:

• Female / Male
• Age below 35
• CIMA / CIM / Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
