Job Duties 

• Follow up on all relevant shipping documentation
• Coordinating with BOI and Customs for all operational matters
• Coordinate with all parties in the clearing processes (Suppliers Shipping Lines Air Lines and other required
• government authorities)
• Ability to prepare relevant reports required by the management
• Good knowledge of the spoken and written English language is essential
• Experience in the use of a corporate ERP system will be an added advantage
