Handle sourcing of raw materials that are to be exported.
Experienced in preparing invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Skilled in shipment planning and reporting to management.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely shipments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Collaborate with teams to improve export processes.
Stay updated with export rules and regulations.
Visit seafood packing yards to monitor processes.
Monitor and manage shipment schedules and resolve any issues
Requirements
Male/Female
Proven experience of 3-5 years as an Export Executive or similar role within the hospitality industry, with specific knowledge of seafood and food product exports.
Knowledgeable in export regulations and experienced in dealing with government authorities (Customs, Health Ministry, Fisheries...etc).
Proficient in packing and airport operations, especially in handling perishable cargo.
Age below 35 years.
Expertise in live seafood exportation, food safety standards (including HACCP principles), and perishable goods logistics.
Strong command of English language, both verbal and written, with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to independently make decisions and collaborate effectively across departments.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry.
