Facility / Admin Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with contractors and management to finalize the refurbishment of new branches (painting, flooring, setting office spaces/ cubicles, ordering furniture etc.)
  • Order and distribute stationery and other supplies
  • Manage the courier service providers
  • Ensure the generators, fire extinguishers etc are purchased and maintained
  • Attend to other facility and maintenance related issues and office admin related tasks.

Requirements

  • Male
  • Age below 35
  • Passed G. C. E A/L and Distinction or Credit pass for Maths at O/L 
  • Diploma in Facility Management, Procurement or related subject. would be an advantage
