Coordinate with contractors and management to finalize the refurbishment of new branches (painting, flooring, setting office spaces/ cubicles, ordering furniture etc.)
Order and distribute stationery and other supplies
Manage the courier service providers
Ensure the generators, fire extinguishers etc are purchased and maintained
Attend to other facility and maintenance related issues and office admin related tasks.

Male
Age below 35
Passed G. C. E A/L and Distinction or Credit pass for Maths at O/L and Diploma in Facility Mgt. Procurement or related subject. would be an advantage.
Max 02-03 of experience in administration in a similar organization (head office and 10-15 branches) - Mandatory
Experience in handling construction/ refurbishment of offices etc. - Mandatory
Candidates should be able to travel independently to branch locations across the country. - Mandatory
