Job Duties:

• Manage product costing for factory operations and sales, including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and control factory costs including materials, labour, and overheads to improve cost efficiency.
• Oversee inventory accounting, including stock valuation, reconciliation, and wastage control.
• Prepare monthly factory accounting reports to support the preparation of overall financial statements.
• Prepare factory budgets and forecasts and monitor performance against budget.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with factory and operational teams to monitor costs and improve financial controls.
• Investigate significant cost and inventory variances and provide recommendations for corrective action.

• Age below 35 years
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Fully qualified or part-qualified in CIMA / ACCA / CA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in factory accounting or cost accounting.
• Proven experience in costing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with factory and operational teams.
