Is responsible and accountable for adhering to annual operations budgets? for the facility including RM, Capital planning, payroll, operating costs and safety.
Set business goals & strategies, performance standards and expectations through objectives and result tracking.
Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate.
•Should possess strong people management skills to build a ‘great place to work’.
Work with HR to Identify and implement training & development, succession planning and timely performance management in order to ensure the necessary competencies are applied for current and future business requirement.
Manage complex planning of multiple SKUs and ensure the factory capacity is productively utilized.
Should be able to forecast sales patterns and recommend capacity building and productivity improvement strategies.
Work with regulatory bodies in the country.
Ensure all employees comply with regulatory and company requirements for personal and facility safety.
Set extensive production plans to ensure OTIF and high degree of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the facility meets or exceeds quality targets to ensure production and delivery standards are met.
Together with the sales team identify quality gaps if any work with the Quality, Technical teams to bridge same.
Provide site leadership for continuous improvement processes.
Maintain and assure all Quality standards are maintained.
Manage all people and processes impacting environmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work with direct reports to optimize process and equipment maintenance spending to minimize downtime and enhance product output.

Age below 48
Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Engineering / operational or related field
5 years experiences in the same role with total up to 15 years with Manufacturing background
Work experience with multiple task and leaders
Advance in tire manufacturing process, tire knowledge, and people management is an advantage
Proven track record in quality, continuous improvement, and program management
Lean exposure and manufacturing excellence
Quality, environmental and Energy standards
Exposure to good quality practices
